Judge sentences peanut executive to 28 years

A federal judge in Georgia on Monday sentenced Stewart Parnell, former CEO of the Peanut Corporation of America, to a 28-year prison sentence, the harshest sentence ever in a U.S. food safety case, USA Today reported.
