FDA plans to publish preventive controls rule

The Food and Drug Administration has sent the Federal Register the Food Safety Modernization Act rule on preventive controls, as required by a court decision on FDA’s schedule.
The agency noted that it sometimes takes several days for the rule to be published. A link will be posted at the FDA page below when available.
