President Barack Obama is scheduled to promote clean energy, particularly solar, as a way to address climate change, at the National Clean Energy Summit organized by Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., today in Las Vegas.

Obama and his family returned Sunday from their vacation on Martha’s Vineyard.
