EPA sends Congress report on the Great Lakes

The Great Lakes Restoration Initiative has implemented more than 2,500 projects to improve water quality, clean up contaminated shoreline, protect and restore habitat and species and prevent and control invasive species in the Great Lakes, the Environmental Protection Agency said in a report sent to Congress today.
