Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., announced today that the reauthorization of the Export-Import Bank will be attached to the multiyear highway bill, Washington Trade Daily reported.

Mitchell also announced there is bipartisan agreement on the bill, and that he intends to move quickly, starting with a cloture vote this afternoon, WTD reported.
