House Ag schedules land grant, SNAP hearings

The House Agriculture Committee has scheduled two hearings next week.
On Wednesday the full committee will hold a hearing “recognizing the continuing contributions of the 1890s Land-Grant Universities on the 125th Anniversary of the passage of the Second Morrill Act.”
That hearing will be held at 10 a.m.
The same day, the House Agriculture Nutrition Subcommittee will hold a hearing entitled “Past, Present, and Future of SNAP: Developing and Using Evidence-Based Solutions.”
That hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m.
Both hearings will be held in Room 1300 of the Longworth House Office Building.
