• Former White House Deputy Chef and Executive Director of Let's Move! , First Lady Michelle's campaign against childhood obesity, Samuel Kass
• International Food Information Council Senior Vice President for Nutrition and Food Safety Marianne Smith Edge
• Agriculture Department Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion Executive Director Angela Tagtow
