Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kan., today announced that the committee will hold a hearing on the Waters of the United States rule on Tuesday, March 24.

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy has since renamed WOTUS the “Clean Water Rule.”

The hearing will be held at 10 a.m. in Room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
