Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack; Rep. Kevin Yoder, R-Kan.; and Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kansas, took differing positions Tuesday on whether Congress should block funding for immigration enforcement over President Barack Obama’s executive order on immigration, The Kansas City Star reported.
