ORLANDO, Fla. — Randy Green, a former Capitol Hill and Agriculture Department official who is now a principal in Watson Green LLC, a consulting firm, and his wife, Mary, celebrated their 31st anniversary by a fire at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel here.

The Greens, who have five children, noted that they met in the office of former Rep. Charles Stenholm, D-Texas.
