The New Yorker has published a profile of the Seattle-based food safety lawyer Bill Marler.
The profile in the February 2 issue of the magazine describes Marler as “the most prominent and powerful food-safety attorney in the country.”
It also says “many people who work in food safety believe that Marler is one of the few functioning pieces in a broken system.”
