Nina Fedoroff, a plant scientist and a science and technology adviser to the secretary of state and to the administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development from 2007 to 2010, has joined OFW Law with the title of senior science adviser.

According to her bio released by OFW Law, Fedoroff is a professor at Pennsylvania State University and the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. She holds a bachelor of science from Syracuse University and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from Rockefeller University.
