Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., announced Wednesday that the Democratic Caucus has approved 18 ranking members for the 114th Congress:
- Agriculture Committee — Rep. Collin Peterson, Minnesota
- Appropriations Committee — Rep. Nita Lowey, New York
- Armed Services Committee — Rep. Adam Smith, Washington
- Budget Committee — Rep. Chris Van Hollen, Maryland
- Education and the Workforce Committee — Rep. Robert “Bobby” Scott, Virginia
- Energy and Commerce Committee — Rep. Frank Pallone, New Jersey
- Financial Services Committee — Rep. Maxine Waters, California
- Foreign Affairs Committee — Rep. Eliot Engel, New York
- Homeland Security Committee — Rep. Congressman Bennie Thompson, Mississippi
- Judiciary Committee — Rep. John Conyers, Michigan
- Natural Resources Committee — Rep Raúl Grijalva, Arizona
