House Foreign Affairs marks up Feed the Future bill

The House Foreign Affairs Committee today marked up a bill to make some changes to the Feed the Future program at the U.S. Agency for International Development.
The bill was marked up en bloc with other foreign affairs measures.
The bill calls for presidential coordination of food security and agricultural development programs across agency lines and authorizes an appropriation up to $1 billion for fiscal year 2015.
