Independent Kansas Senate candidate Greg Orman has been campaigning in rural Kansas against Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kansas, the Associated Press reports.
Orman has emphasized that Roberts voted against the farm bill and noted that it contains many programs important to rural Kansas.
Roberts said he voted against it because it contains high crop prices for crops not grown in Kansas.
