Peterson: Farm bill so good it may be reauthorized

House Agriculture Committee ranking member Collin Peterson, D-Minn., said in a radio interview on Monday that the 2014 farm bill may be so successful and the battle over the 2018 bill might be so difficult that Congress might extend the new bill.
Peterson also said the final Waters of the U.S. rule might be better than the proposed rule.
Roll Call also reported that Peterson’s campaign released a poll showing him way ahead in his re-election race.
