Vetter to speak at Grains Council meeting

Darci Vetter, confirmed Wednesday as the U.S. chief agriculture negotiator with the rank of ambassador in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, will speak at the U.S. Grains Council summer meeting, the council announced.
The meeting will be held in Omaha July 28 to 30.
