Three environmental groups — Defenders of Wildlife, the Center for Biological Diversity, and WildEarth Guardians — have filed a lawsuit to try to force the Interior Department’s Fish and Wildlife Service to protect the lesser prairie chicken more aggressively, The Los Angeles Times reported.
