The Obama administration has issued a policy statement opposing the House version of the fiscal year 2015 Agriculture appropriations bill, primarily over the school meals changes and the provision to require the Agriculture Department to allow use of white potatoes in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
