The House Rules Committee will meet Tuesday to consider a rule on the fiscal year 2015 Agriculture Appropriations bill.
The meeting will be at 3 p.m. in Room H-313 of the Capitol.
The Rules meeting means that the Ag approps bill is likely to come up this week.
But the Rules committee has already passed a rule for the fiscal year 2015
Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, which means that bill is likely to be taken up first.
Other bills are also scheduled for action this week.
House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., has said that the House will be in session for votes this week from this evening until 3 p.m. Thursday.
