Frozen Food Institute hires Jack and Davis

The American Frozen Food institute has hired Maia Jack as director of regulatory and technical affairs.

Jack most recently managed a food science consultancy business, counseling on international food chemical policies and issues management. She previously held food science positions at the Grocery Manufacturers Association, Human Genome Sciences and the National Institutes of Health.

She earned a doctoral degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor of science degree from Carleton University in Canada.

AFFI has also hired Ron Davis as coordinator of communications and government affairs.

Davis previously worked at the Alliance for American Manufacturing and Cliffs Natural Resources, and is a graduate of Ohio University.
