Budget negotiations may be dominated by Ryan, Murray

The congressional budget conference committee, which could play a role in the completion of the farm bill, has 29 members including Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., but it is likely to be dominated by Senate Budget Committee Chairman Patty Murray, D-Wash., and House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis., National Journal reported today.
