USDA contingency plan document links now working

Links to the government shutdown plans of Agriculture Department agencies are now working on the Office of Management of Budget website.
At the time The Hagstrom Report sent its alert out this morning about the OMB’s Agency Contingency Plans page, the PDFs in the USDA links could not be downloaded because they were on the USDA’s website, which had gone dark.
Clicking on the OMB page links this morning took users to the USDA page saying the website was not available, and referring people back to the OMB page where they came from.
The PDFs remain on the USDA website, but have now been made accessible.
