House members may vote to stay in session

The House and the Senate are scheduled to adjourn on Friday for five weeks, but some members of the House of Representatives may vote to stay in session because the House has failed to act on a budget bill, immigration or the farm bill, The Hill reported Monday.
The vote would likely be symbolic, resulting only in pro forma sessions, but it would be a messy departure for the House Republican leadership.
