Energy and Commerce subcommittee to hold RFS hearings

House Energy and Commerce Energy and Power Subcommittee will hold hearings Tuesday and Wednesday on stakeholder perspectives on the Renewable Fuel Standard.
The hearings will be held in Room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The Tuesday hearing will begin at 9:45 a.m. and the Wednesday hearing will be at 1:30 p.m.
Witnesses will include the leaders of major renewable fuels groups, the oil industry and critics of the program.
