Flannery new v.p. at Grocery Manufacturers Association

The Grocery Manufacturers Association has hired Jim Flannery as senior executive vice president for operations and industry affairs.
Flannery will lead the association’s Industry affairs practice and have primary responsibility for developing collaborative relationships, initiatives and programs with retailers and their trade associations, GMA said in a news release.
Flannery most recently served as managing director of customer development at Procter & Gamble (P&G) Global Operations. He spent 36 years at P&G,
holding various positions in customer business development and market
strategy and planning.
A native of New York, Flannery holds a bachelor of arts degree in human resources
management from Upsala College in East Orange, N.J.
