Wheat growing in the White House kitchen garden, as posted on the “Let's Move” Twitter account.

The wheat in First Lady Michelle Obama’s kitchen garden is getting taller, as shown by this photo posted on Twitter last week by Sam Kass, the assistant chef who is also the executive director of “Let’s Move,” the campaign against childhood obesity.

“I can taste the whole wheat bread now,” tweeted Kass, who has also said that he is planning to make whole wheat beer for President Barack Obama and his guests.
