United Fresh CEO Tom Stenzel did a tandem skydive onto the deck of the USS Midway, where the United Fresh convention opening party will be held.
Promoting farm and agribusiness meetings may never been the same after United Fresh Produce Association CEO Tom Stenzel’s skydive to promote the group’s meeting in San Diego in May.

United Fresh is holding its opening night party on the flight deck of the decommissioned aircraft carrier USS Midway, and on Monday the group posted a video of Stenzel skydiving and urging members to attend the convention.

At one point Stenzel appears to ascend to heaven, but he returns to earth, or rather to sea on the carrier.

As Stenzel puts it, “What an entrance.”
