Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., is scheduled to talk about the career of Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind. a former chairman of the Senate Agriculture Committee today on the Senate floor at 11 a.m.

Lugar is scheduled to give remarks on Wednesday just before noon.

Lugar, who was defeated in a primary this year, will leave the Senate at the end of this Congress.
