Rep. Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio
The Congressional Black Caucus has elected Rep. Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio, a member of the House Agriculture Committee, as its chairman.

Fudge has been a strong advocate for nutrition programs on the committee and is believed to be the first member of the Agriculture committee elected chairman of the black caucus.
