Workers in agriculture and the food industry face a wide variety of problems, according to a study entitled “Worker Equity in Food and Agriculture.”
The study, which focuses on employees rather than farmers or ranchers, was published by the Tellus Institute and Sustainanalytics, with support from the Rockefeller Foundation.
