Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack on Tuesday in Eau Claire, Wis. announced the existence of Rural Leaders for Obama, an organizing operation in rural communities.

“The campaign has the largest presence and largest ground game in rural Wisconsin that any presidential candidate has ever had in the state of Wisconsin,” Gillian Morris, the Wisconsin press secretary for the Obama-Biden campaign, said in a news release.

The leaders include Rep. Ron Kind, D-Wis.
