White House releases OMB’s sequestration report

The White House today released the Office of Management and Budget’s report on what would happen to every government agency if sequestration goes into effect.
The provisions for the Agriculture Department may be found on pages 14 to 31 of the 224-page report. See link below
The administration noted in its transmittal letter to Congress that sequestration is a blunt instrument and that the original intent of the sequestration proposal was negotiations on a longer term agreement to cut the federal deficit.
