First lady hosts ‘Let’s Move’ event for British, U.S. kids

First Lady Michelle Obama emphasized exercise as she greeted 1,000 American and British children at a “Let’s Move” event at the U.S. ambassador’s residence in London today.
“We love you,” the first lady said to the children. “But we want you to take care of yourselves, help your families, turn off the TV, eat some vegetables — Yes, that's part of it. Because we want you guys to grow up and have the future you deserve.”
The first lady is leading the U.S. delegation to the 2012 Olympic Games, which open today.
