In an interview with Gannett reporter Christopher Doering in the Des Moines Register, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said he has not ruled out another run for the White House.
“You can’t run for president today,” he said. “ Four years from now there’s a lot that could happen,” he said.
After two terms as governor of Iowa, Vilsack announced as a presidential candidate in November 2006, but didn't get enough national support, and ended his bid three months later.
