Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will make his annual appearance before the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee on Thursday.

He will be accompanied by Agriculture Deputy Secretary Kathleen Merrigan, USDA Chief Economist Joe Glauber and Budget Officer Michael Young.
