The House Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee has scheduled a series of hearings Thursday and next week on Agriculture Department operations.

Agriculture undersecretaries are scheduled to testify at each hearing.

The subcommittee will hold the following hearings:

• March 1 — Rural Development
• March 6 — Marketing and Regulatory Services
• March 7 — Natural Resources and Environment
• March 8 — Food Safety
