Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., announced Tuesday that Farm Service Agency Administrator Bruce Nelson and Natural Resources Conservation Service Chief Dave White will be lead witnesses when the committee holds a hearing next Tuesday on conservation and the next farm bill.

Testifying on a second panel of interested groups will be:

• Jeff Trandahl, executive director and CEO, National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
• Becky Humphries, director of the Great Lakes/Atlantic Regional Office, Ducks Unlimited, Inc., in Ann Arbor, Mich.
• Dean Stoskopf, a wheat farmer from Hoisington, Kan.
• Carl Mattson, a farmer from Chester, Mont.
• Darrel Mosel, a farmer from Gaylord, Minn.
• Earl Garber, first vice president, National Association of Conservation Districts, from Iota, Iowa.
