Melissa Ho, an agriculture analyst for the Congressional Research Service, has gone to work as a senior policy adviser at the U.S. Agency for International Development Bureau of Food Security.
Ho was an agriculture aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton when Clinton was a Democratic senator from New York.
Ho also worked in the agriculture division of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation when USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah was head of that division.
