Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad, D-N.D., has submitted his proposal to combine several farm programs to the Congressional Budget Office for a score, the Red River Farm Network reported Thursday.

Conrad’s proposal was first revealed in The Hagstrom Report last week.
