The Senate Finance Committee “mock markup” on pending trade agreements with Korea, Panama and Colombia and trade adjustment assistance is not being held because all Republican members of the committee are boycotting it.

Senate rules require one minority committee to be present for a quorum.

Democratic members of the committee showed up while the Republicans scheduled a news conference this afternoon.
