AgriBank names new v.p. for government affairs

AgriBank, FCB, the largest bank in the Farm Credit System, has named Vicki Hicks vice president for government affairs.
Hicks will head the Washington office of the St. Paul-based bank.
Hicks, an Oklahoma native and attorney, worked for the late Sen. Quentin Burdick, D-N.D. She served in the Clinton administration as deputy administrator for commodity operations at the Agriculture Department's Farm Service Agency, and has recently headed her own consulting firm and been of counsel to The Advocacy Group.
