The Senate Agriculture Committee will mark up legislation reauthorizing Mandatory Price Reporting, the National Forest Foundation Act and the U.S. Grain Standards Act on Thursday, Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kan., announced today.
“In past Congresses, important programs were often left to expire. Our committee has done the work, and we are fulfilling our responsibilities to reauthorize these programs on time,” Roberts said.
No time was announced, but the markup is likely to be in the morning, a committee spokeswoman said.
