Hillary Rodham Clinton’s speech to the Food Marketing Institute and the United Fresh Produce Association joint session in Chicago last week lacked vision and could signal she will experience the same problems in a 2016 presidential campaign that she experienced in 2008, Jerry Hagstrom writes in his National Journal column today.
