House to get earlier start on Wednesday

Due to the forecast for winter weather, the House will convene at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, a spokeswoman for Majority Leader Eric Cantor announced.
The House will consider the continuing resolution rule and passage, with votes expected to finish for the day and week by 1:30 p.m., the spokeswoman said, and no votes are expected in the House on Thursday or Friday.
