Dale Moore, a former chief of staff to four Agriculture secretaries, has become deputy executive director for public policy for the American Farm Bureau Federation.
During the administration of President George W. Bush, Moore was chief of staff to Agriculture Secretaries Ann Veneman, Mike Johanns and Ed Schafer, as well as to Chuck Conner, a deputy Agriculture secretary who served as interim secretary.
After the end of the Bush administration, Moore was a consultant with Policy Solutions. Before serving in the Agriculture Department, he was a House Agriculture Commmittee aide and worked for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association.
